1. Deposits** - A minimum deposit of $100 is required to book an appointment. Deposit amounts for larger tattoos are left to the discretion of the artist. - All deposits are nonrefundable, NO exceptions. - If your tattoo requires multiple sessions, your deposit will be forwarded to your next session's booking date until the tattoo is completed. - Your deposit will be applied to the total amount owing at your final appointment. **2. Cancellation Policy** - If you do not show up for your appointment, you will lose your full deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to book another appointment. - A minimum of 24 hours notice is needed to reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit. - if you do not provide proper notice your deposit will be forfeited. - We have a zero refund policy! **3. Gift Cards** - All gift cards are nonrefundable. - Gift cards are valid for up to 2 years from the purchase date. - Gift card deals and promotional prices must be fully paid upon receiving your gift card. - Absolutely no returns and no refunds! **4.  - All tattoos require a deposit and a future booking date before any drawing or designs will be started. - An in-person FREE consultation will be required prior to starting your customized tattoo design process. - Design proofs will not be available for you to view sooner than 48 hours or less before your appointment. - If changes are needed, we will adjust accordingly.
